ITS sequencing of soil fungal communities

Soil samples from different layers of sandy land with varying restoration periods were collected in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The layers are defined as follows: S for the upper layer, M for the middle layer, and D for the lower layer. The restoration periods are categorized as follows: NCK for naturally non-degraded, TCK for degraded and unrepaired, R1 for restored for 1 year, R3 for restored for 3 years, and R8 for restored for 8 years. ITS high-throughput sequencing was performed on soil samples.
