Antibiotic mediated perturbation profile of postnatal mice cecal microbiota

AVNM cocktail was administered orally daily from postnatal day three mice up to postnatal 28 days. Control groups were administered with the same volume of PBS. Pups were sacrificed in between at P7D, P14D, P21D and P28D and cecal microbiota was profiled using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The main study goal of this project is to evaluate whether antibiotic-mediated perturbation in early postnatal days could alter the barrier integrity and IECs population and thus gut development.
