Conopomorpha sinensis isolate:Vietnam Genome sequencing

Conopomorpha sinensis (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae) adults were collected from damaged lychee and longan fruits in Vietnam. Specimens emerged from fruit picked in Gia Lam District, Hanoi (21.0079840 N, 105.926820 E) and Buon Ma Thuot, Daklak Province (12.67790 N, 108.11359 E) on 2 June 2022. Whole adult flies (mixed sex) were used for DNA extraction. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 S4 platform with paired-end 150 bp reads. The genome was assembled using ABySS, followed by redundancy reduction with Redundans, repeat masking with tantan, and annotation with Funannotate. The final draft assembly is 428 Mb in size, composed of 258,076 contigs with an N50 of 2.26 kb, and has a BUSCO completeness of 49.1 percent (insecta_odb10).
