UTMF_v5.2_FULL_DETAILS_JSON_archive_6_runs
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains a curated collection of six independent UTMF v5.2 FULL_DETAILS JSON measurement snapshots, used as the exclusive empirical basis for Paper: Minimal Admissible Entropy Geometry (DOi: 10.5281/zenodo.18529378) and related analyses in the fractal entropy series. Each JSON file represents a complete, closed, and fully reproducible measurement snapshot produced by a single execution of the Unified Temporal–Measurement Framework (UTMF) v5.2.No raw experimental time series are included. All contents are strictly measurement-level outputs and metadata. Contents of the archive 1. Measurement archive (ZIP) UTMF_v5.2_FULL_DETAILS_JSON_archive_6_runs.zip This ZIP file contains six independent UTMF v5.2 FULL_DETAILS JSON archives, collectively containing: 205 empirical datasets, spanning multiple physical and informational domains a small number of QRNG datasets (included without special handling) 18,000+ admissible subset realizations (aggregated across runs) Each JSON file is self-contained and includes: subset-level multifractal spectra h(q)h(q)h(q) subset-level fractal dimension sequences {Df(n)}\{D_f(n)\}{Df(n)} dataset-level summary statistics numerical validity diagnostics and failure flags complete UTMF configuration parameters an embedded snapshot of the exact jedi_mfdfa implementation used at runtime (version + SHA256 hash) measurement-level coherence metrics (TCI, MCI, TMCI, where applicable) 2. Inventory and verification outputs These files are generated by deterministic inspection of the JSON archives and are provided for transparency and navigational clarity. inventory_markdown.mdHuman-readable inventory listing: archive filenames file sizes and SHA256 hashes dataset counts per archive coherence metrics (TCI, MCI, TMCI) processing metadata inventory_summary.csvTabular machine-readable version of the archive inventory, suitable for: automated inspection cross-referencing datasets downstream reproducibility tooling inventory_summary.jsonStructured JSON representation of the same inventory information, enabling: programmatic validation integrity checks reproducible parsing of archive metadata 3. Archive documentation README.mdOverview of the archive contents, measurement framework, scope, and reproducibility guarantees. This file mirrors the Zenodo description and serves as an internal entry point for users working directly with the downloaded files. No entropy measures, entropy trajectories, entropy step statistics, kernels, or higher-level geometric constructs are stored explicitly. Measurement framework All data were generated under a fixed and validated measurement protocol: UTMF version: v5.2 Multifractal estimator: jedi_mfdfa (embedded per archive) Detrending order, scale selection, qqq-range, subset construction, and validity thresholds: fixed and identical across all runs No domain-specific tuning, adaptive preprocessing, or post hoc correction Each archive corresponds to a single UTMF execution and constitutes a frozen measurement state. Use in the research programme This archive is used as the exclusive empirical input for: — Minimal Admissible Entropy Geometry and supports the broader fractal entropy and measurement geometry programme (P14–P21). Earlier entropy papers (P14–P18) relied on a single consolidated composite archive. This archive extends that work by demonstrating that the extracted entropy geometry and its empirical constraints persist under aggregation of multiple independent measurement runs, without recomputation or modification of archived outputs. Aggregation, where performed, occurs only at the analysis stage. Reproducibility and scope All analyses based on this archive are fully deterministic No learning, optimization, fitting, or inference procedures are used Given these JSON files and the accompanying analysis scripts, all numerical results and figures can be reproduced exactly This archive is intended for: independent verification of published results reanalysis under alternative descriptive frameworks inspection of measurement-level multifractal structure methodological and reproducibility studies It does not provide raw data, simulations, generative models, or theoretical interpretations. License and citation This archive is released to support transparency, reproducibility, and independent analysis. Please cite the associated Zenodo record and the corresponding paper(s) when using these data.
