Dataset associated with publication

This data project contains the data belonging to the publication “Linking micro X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and X-ray computed tomography with model simulation explains differences in nutrient gradients around roots of different types and ages”, published in the journal New Phytologist, such as µXRF images, macros for calculating distance-dependent parameters, R-scripts for image analysis and visualization and instructions for the process-based, radially symmetric 1D rhizosphere model, which works with the experimental data.
