Transcriptome Sequencing Data of Premature Senescence Mutant ELS5 in Maize Leaves

In order to study the differentially expressed genes in the leaves of premature aging mutants of maize leaf ELS5 during senescence. The 11th leaf was taken during leaf senescence, and RNA was extracted for RNAseq. It is expected to analyze the differentially expressed genes in senescence, mutant and wild type by RNA-seq, and study the expression of various transcription factors during aging. Comprehensive analysis of the construction of the regulatory network of preliminary aging genes, combined with previous studies to provide data support for aging gene mapping.
