Dataset related to article "Longevity of antibody responses is associated with distinct antigen-specific B cell subsets early after infection"

B cell analysis: Batch1 and 2n fcs files and annotated_data.rds. Files beloning to the sustaining antibody/SAb group are called "HT" (high titer) in filename. Files belonging to the declining antibody/DAb group have "LT" (low titer) in the name. Flow cytometry files were measured in two batches and both include a reference (REF) file from the same donor used for batch correction. Annotated_data.rds file included containing further data analysis. T cell data can be found under doi: 10.5281/zenodo.14217236.
