Zebrafish Seizure Behavior Classification Dataset and Trained ML Models

This datasets includes trained machine learning models for seizure behavior classification in zebrafish as well as the dataset used to create the models. The dataset consists of video clips which were annotated one of five behaviors "stationary", "normal swim", "whirlpool", "convulsion", and "posture loss" as well as corresponding vectors of tracking data originating the the multi-camera array microscope (MCAM) by Ramona Optics Inc..
