PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated stretched film which maintains peeling strength (interlayer adhesion) capable of being evaluated by a peeling test force with a laminate containing a base material for decorative sheet and a transparent resin layer provided on an upper layer of a printing layer， and improves mechanical strength while being thin by enhancing an elastic modulus of the base material for decorative sheet， a base material for decorative sheet， a decorative sheet and a decorative plate. SOLUTION: A base material 6 is a uniaxially or biaxially laminated stretched film in which a main component of a resin material is made of polypropylene， and has a plurality of layers (number n of layers≥2， n is an integer) in which the main component of the resin material is made of a polypropylene-based resin. When an uppermost layer positioned on the outermost surface among the plurality of layers is defined as a surface layer 6-1， and layers other than the surface layer 6-1 among the plurality of layers are defined as core layers 6-2 to 6-(n-1)， Elastic deformation power of the surface layer 6-1 is 10% or more and less than 55%， and a peak intensity ratio in IR spectroscopy is 30 or more and less than 80.
