This repository provides a representative example of the Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) processing workflow developed for the Gnangara (GN) monitoring site in Western Australia. A selected set of survey dates is included to demonstrate the main processing stages, rather than to provide the complete Gnangara time-series dataset. The archive contains representative raw 4Point Light files, extracted diagnostic datasets, soil-temperature records, temperature-corrected apparent-resistivity data, inversion-ready BERT/pyGIMLi input files, Python processing scripts, and the corresponding inverted resistivity results. Files retain consistent timestamp-based names across the different processing folders, allowing individual ERT surveys to be followed from raw acquisition through preprocessing, temperature correction, inversion, and final model output. This repository primarily supports the methodology presented in Chapter 2 of Jianguo Liu’s PhD thesis. It is intended to document the data-processing framework, provide representative examples of the file formats used at different processing stages, and improve the transparency and reproducibility of the ERT workflow described in the thesis. The included Gnangara surveys should therefore be interpreted as worked examples of the methodology rather than as a complete research dataset.
