Replication Data for: Emergence and predominance of novel influenza A (H3N2) subclade (3C.2a1b.2a.2a.3a.1) in Kenya and globally in 2023

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: \"Emergence and predominance of novel influenza A (H3N2) subclade (3C.2a1b.2a.2a.3a.1) in Kenya and globally in 2023.\" The related study is part of surveillance carried in Kilifi County in Kenya. The surveillance exist under two platforms: (a) pediatric inpatient surveillance of severe and very severe pneumonia in <5-year-olds at Kilifi County Hospital (KCH) and (b) all age groups outpatient acute respiratory infection (ARI) surveillance at five Kilifi County health facilities (HF). Specifically, the research study describes the occurrence of a new Influenza A (H3N2) subclade 3C.2a1b.2a.2a.3a.1 in Kenya and globally in 2023.
