This dataset supports a greenhouse-based experimental study on foliar greenhouse gas (GHG) exchange in Salix bebbiana (Bebb’s willow), focusing on the effects of light intensity, soil biochar amendment, and nitrogen fertilization. The dataset includes two components: 1. willow_flux_final.csv and 2. stomatal_conductance.csv
The purpose of the dataset is to provide empirical evidence of leaf-level CH₄ and N₂O flux dynamics, quantify the influence of soil amendments, and explore the role of transpiration and internal transport mechanisms in regulating foliar GHG exchange.
