In order to construct a draft assembly of M. cephalus genome for Mediterranean, the DNA of a single juvenile specimen was employed for whole-genome sequencing.
This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Merluccius merluccius, European hake, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation.
