Total proteome and phosphoproteome of NIL-DOG1 and dog1-1 dry and 6 hours imbibed seed

We performed a label-free quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis comparing the dry and imbibed seed proteome and phosphoproteome of two genotypes with contrasted level of dormancy in three independent biological replicates. This assay aimed to identified protein accumulation pattern and change in phosphopeptide abundances correlating with germination phenotypes.
