Comparing bacteriota between EGPA patients and healthy subjects Overall design: Total DNA was extracted from feces of 29 EGPA patients and 9 healthy controls and from biopsies of 7 EGPA patients. The DNA has been amplified to collect amplicons of variable V3âV4 regions of the bacterial 16s rRNA gene and sequenced with MiSeq (2x250bp) Illumina platform.
