Skin omics data

The raw data for skin RNAseq mapping. The following tabs are within the file:
BioProjects- Each dataset processed for the paper and the mapped data in aggregate for various metrics.
Paired_End_scripts- The scripts used to process each sample of paired-end reads.
Single_End_scripts- The scripts used to process each sample of single-end reads.
sex_determination- The mapping (TPM) of various sex biased genes to determine each sample as male or female.
skin_genes- The TPM levels of various skin-specific transcripts in each dataset.
Immune Rep- The mapping statistics of the immune repertoire for each sample.
KRAKEN2- The summed mapping for each annotation for each BioProject.
OT-MONDO_0002406- The Open Target Platform gene list used for various parameters of dermatitus.
top_bioprojects- The integrated data mapped for five of the top skin datasets.
top_bioprojects_correlation- Pearson correlation of the top_bioprojects data values for the top five BioProjects.
