The sample was obtained from the treatment and the control,we analyzed gene expression by using RNA-Seq and caclude differentially expressed genes. we uesd the dwarf Polish wheat as the main material . Seeds were germinated for 1 week, and the seedling was breed in the growth chamber at 25 °C, 16 h light/8 h dark for 2 weeks.Then all seedlings were divided into two groups, lack and supply of Ca/K,which were treated with 0 μM CdCl2 + 5 μM ZnSO4 (CK; 5 μM ZnSO4 is a basal dosage of nutrient solution), 80 μM CdCl2 (Cd), 500 μM ZnCl2ZnSO4 (Zn), 80 μM CdCl2 + 500 μM ZnCl2ZnSO4 (Cd+Zn). For supply of Ca/K, 5 mM KNO3 and 4 mM Ca(NO3)2·4H2O were supplied additionally. roots mRNA profiles of the development were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using SMRT-seq.
