Staphylococcus were confirmed to be effective in scalp regeneration and hair loss suppression as a result of the efficacy evaluation. The structures of each compound were identified with equipment such as NMR and LC-MS in the culture medium of compound of the Staphylococcus genus, Cicaria, in which contained a significant amount of microbial adenosine and biotin. As for the fractions, ex-vivo tests were conducted using hair follicles obtained from actual scalp tissue. It was confirmed that both Cicaria culture medium and microbial adenosine, and biotin derived from culture were effective in inhibiting hair loss.
