Dataset and Python scripts supporting: Nano-biofertilizer improves nutrient use efficiency and sustains maize productivity under reduced fertilizer inputs

This repository contains treatment-level data and Python scripts used to generate principal component analysis (PCA), hierarchical clustering, correlation heatmap, and correlation network figures for the study evaluating nano-biofertilizer effects on soil biological functioning, nutrient dynamics, and maize productivity under reduced fertilizer inputs. The repository has been created to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the analyses reported in the manuscript.
