Datasets associated with the paper "Counting particles in cryo-electron microscopy may result in incorrect population estimates".iggparticles.256_igg.mrcs - particles for the simulated igg dataset used in the manuscript.particles_igg.star - star associated with particles.256_igg.mrcsvolumes_igg.zip - volumes for simulating the igg dataset. These volumes were simulated from the 100 pdbs in CryoBench, see the "IgG-1d" pdbs in their Zenodospike syntheticspike_1up_3drest_nogly.pdb - pdb for the "1up" state of the spike used in the manuscript.spike_3down_nogly.pdb - pdb for the "3down" state of the spike used in the manuscript.particles.256_spike_noise_level_6.mrcs - particles for an example noise level (6th-highest noise) of the synthetic particles experiment in Fig. 1b of the manuscriptparticles_spike_noise_level_6.star - star associated with particles.256_spike_noise_level_6.mrcsspike experimentalparticles_spike_experimental_mixed_downsampled.star - star for the experimental data used in the mansuscript.particles_spike_experimental_mixed_downsampled.mrc - particles for the experimental data used in the mansuscript.The spike experimental particles are the result of fourier downsampling of the particles in EMPIAR 50421 and 50422, and a cryosparc restack to combine these with an 80/20 ratio.In the star file, particles 1-28976 are from EMPIAR 50421, and particles 28977 to 36220 are from EMPIAR 50422.
