Personalized Metabolic Network Models for the Nematode C. elegans

We hypothesized that detailed measurement of transcriptome and metabolome of an individual can be combined with genome sequence information and metabolic network modeling to derive what we refer to as personalized metabolic network models. Here we test this concept using four strains (individuals) of the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans.
