Data for: Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) extract metabolomic analysis by CE-TOFMS and LC-TOFMS.

This dataset consists of metabolomic analysis results of compounds name and relative area law data from the Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) extract. The Reishi mushroom has been used as a substance for Chinese herbal medicines.
We studied the comprehensive analysis of components contained in Reishi mushroom by metabolomic analysis. The metabolomic analysis such as qualitative comprehensive analysis was performed on substances that had the same peak intensity as the components added in advance as internal standard substances (1,200 substances in the annotation list) via CE-TOFMS and LC-TOFMS.

本数据集包含了来源于灵芝（Ganoderma lucidum）提取物中化合物的名称及其相对面积定律的代谢组学分析结果。灵芝作为传统中医药物质，其应用历史悠久。本研究通过对灵芝中成分的全面分析，运用代谢组学技术，对与预先添加的内标物质（标注列表中包含1,200种物质）具有相同峰强度的物质进行了定性全面分析，分析手段包括毛细管电泳-飞行时间质谱（CE-TOFMS）和液相色谱-飞行时间质谱（LC-TOFMS）。
