1. Data Collection: Collect routine transaction data regarding customers' purchases of TPU films.
2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm-driven Demand Calculation: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data using the following formula: P = {a1(minimum single-purchase amount)/b1(minimum single-order quantity) + a2(maximum single-purchase amount)/b2(maximum single-order quantity) + a3(average purchase amount)/b3(average order quantity)} * k. Here, k is the consumption coefficient that varies across different regions. According to empirical values, the k value for Hangzhou is set to 0.6.
4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into "high-tier", "medium-tier" and "low-tier" categories based on the calculated demand level, with specific criteria as follows: customers with a score above 1000 are marked as "high-tier", those with a score between 500 and 1000 as "medium-tier", and those with a score below 500 as "low-tier". This classification helps enterprises better understand their customers: high-tier customers can be contacted 1 to 2 times per month, medium-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier customers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies.
