Mapping Signal Transduction in Bistable Jumping Spider Rhodopsin 1 through Network Analysis and Machine Learning

Extracted MD trajectories of the JSR1 protein with the retinal in different isormeric conformations:- 11cis- 9cis- all-trans #1- all-trans #2For each system we simulated 3 replicas.Each frame of the extracted trajectories correspond to 200ps.All the extracted trajectories can be loaded using the common "protein_noh.gro" file.The topologies (topol.top) and the starting GRO file for the full solvated systems are also included.
