This study aims to discover the impact of both Enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC) and Myoviridae Phage PDX on the human microbiome, cultured in-vitro in anaerobic conditions. PDX is shown to be highly targeted on EAEC, and through microbiome analysis we show that PDX effectively kills EAEC in samples and has no impact on relative composition of the remaining microbiome community.
