RNA-seq analysis of BLZ8 OX and CC-4533 grown under oxidative stress conditions induced by 5 mM metronidazole was performed to understand the molecular mechanism of BLZ8 function. Overall design: 6 sets of data derived from cells collected at the indicated time points (0 h, 1 h, 2 h) after treatment with 5 mM metronidazole, each of them containing 2 biological replicates.
