Description: This dataset contains high-resolution (whole-slide, ~400x) H&E-stained histology images corresponding to the 10x Genomics Visium spatial transcriptomics samples deposited under GEO accession GSE273378, which accompanies: Steiner D, et al. "Vascular invasion-associated gene expression is detectable in pre-surgical biopsies of stage I lung adenocarcinoma." Nature Communications (2026). DOI: 10.1038/s41467-026-70600-2. PMID: 41876493. The GEO submission includes Visium count matrices and lower-resolution histology images embedded in the standard Space Ranger output; it does not include the original whole-slide TIFF files. This archive provides those original files for users (e.g., those training image models on paired histology/spatial-transcriptomics data) who need full-resolution imagery.
