Dog fecal samples 16s RNA sequence

This study aim to evaluate the therapeutic effects of synbiotics including chitosan -oligosaccharides, bifidobacteria, butyric acid bacteria and lactobacillus plantarum on Antibiotic-Associated Diarrhea in dog model. The enrofloxacin and metronidazole-induced AAD dog model were given the synbiotics for a period to assess the changes in physiological indicators, gut histopathology, cytokine and immunoglobulin expression, the diversity of intestinal microbiota. The extracted DNA was tested by agarose gel electrophoresis to detect its quality and quantified by over-photometer. The V3-V4 high variant region of 16S rRNA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using forward primer 341F and reverse primer 805R.
