SFPQ Directs Histone H3.3 Deposition to R-Loops in DNA Repeats to Protect Genome Stability

This study investigates the role of SFPQ protein interactions in contributing to genome stability. Proteomic analysis was conducted using immunoprecipitation to isolate specific proteins, followed by SDS-PAGE, tryptic digestion, and mass spectrometry to identify and characterize the interacting proteins involved in this process.
