Metatranscriptome high-resolution time series from InVirT-19-BATS
收藏资源简介:
This resource contains data originating from the JGI project, "Inferring virus-host interactions through multi-omics high-resolution time series" (see award and files). The sequencing project was part of the NSF project, "InVirT-19-BATS": "Inferring Cellular Lysis and Regeneration of Organic Matter by Marine Viruses," which involved sample collection in the vicinity of the Bermuda Atlantic Time Series (BATS) in October 2019 (see the BCO-DMO project page). img_data_integration.md explains files in this record and shows how they were generated, including code which can be run as a reproducible workflow. img_data.tsv.gz contains gene-level data from assembled metatranscriptomic transcripts. The table merges data products generated by the JGI IMG Annotation Pipeline (v5.0.23). There are 103 metatranscriptomic samples that are included with sample metadata and CTD data. INVIRT19_metaT_metadata.txt contains metatranscriptomic sample metadata provided by Daniel Muratore that also applies to the samples in the Muratore et al. 2024 paper, "Diel partitioning in microbial phosphorus acquisition in the Sargasso Sea." all_casts.csv, also provided by Daniel Muratore, contains cast CTD data collected concomitantly with the metatranscriptomic bottle samples. cognames2003-2014.tab, tigr_names.txt, and ko_list.txt contain function names used in img_data.tsv. v5 makes changes relevant to submission of the dataset to Simons C-MAP, an oceanographic data repository with visualization capabilities. img_data_integration.md has been renamed to ccomp_data_collation_from_img.md to reflect that we at C-CoMP developed a pipeline to collate sequencing datasets from JGI IMG in a single tabular file. dataset_meta_data.xlsx and vars_meta_data.xlsx are C-MAP metadata sheets required for the dataset.
