An description of sediment mangrove microbiota along the Cayenne estuary in French Guiana. The core were collected from 0 to 18cm depth, in november 2017.
Mangrove 16S from Malaysia and Singapore -- Sonneratia alba and Avicennia alba -- from different plant components (leaf, fruit, pneumatophore, and sediment).
