Over 22-years, E. coli O157:H7 isolates were collected from the USMARC ARS USDA (Clay Center, NE) feedlot annually via the feces and frozen in purified stock. Up to 5 isolates are year were collected and 25 were subjected to PacBio sequencing while all were subjected to short-read sequencing.
