qPCR Data for Systemic Leaf and Root-to-Shoot Signaling for Col-0 and CNGC Mutants in Arabidopsis thaliana.

Following the wounding of a leaf (n), leaves (n+4) and (n+5) were collected 0 and 40 min later to analysis of JAZ5, JAZ7, and CAMTA3 expression for Col-0 and CNGC mutants in Arabidopsis thaliana. Similarly, following root wounding, shoot tissue was collected for Col-0 and CNGC mutants 0 and 40 min later for analysis of JAZ5, JAZ7, and CAMTA3 expression. Files with CNGC in the name are systemic leaf signaling and files with R2S in the name are for root-to-shoot signaling. All contain various combinations of the CNGC mutants.
