Ontology Element Knowledge Graph(OEKG) and a Case Study of Planting-OEKG

This project is aimed at the research requirements of ontology reuse. A ontology standardization organization idea for ontology element knowledge graph (OEKG) has been proposed, which can organize reusable elements of domain ontology resources in a fine-grained manner. The main documents of the project are as follows:A OWL files of element ontology;A dump files for Planting OEKG in the agricultural planting field that have been built can be directly imported into Neo4j.Some downloaded open-source ontology filesThe project related code includes three Python files: OWL file parsing, ontology element storage, and ontology basic information storage, which can support the basic construction process of OEKG.
