On sheep farms, faecal egg count reduction tests were performed. First stage larvae obtained before treatment or after treatment with fenbendazole, ivermectin or moxidectin were subjected to PCRs targeting the internal transcribed spacer 2 of strongyle nematodes and subjected to deep amplicon sequencing. Species were identified using the nemabiome database.
