To investigate the function of NXN in the regulation of metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma cells, we established NXN knock down Hep-3B cells by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at three time points. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Hep-3B cells and its KD derivatives (shNXN).
