HemAtlas

HemAtlas is an open and user-friendly database resource for hematopoiesis. The multimodal omics data collected from multiple hematopoietic organs/tissues of zebrafish, mice and humans provide cross-organs/tissues and cross-species analyses to deeply understand developmental hematopoiesis and hematopoietic system evolution. Moreover, by comparison with in vivo omics data, the cross-model analysis provides potential clues to engineering hematopoietic system in vitro.HemAtlas数据库（HemAtlas）是一款面向造血研究的开源易用数据库资源。该库收录了斑马鱼、小鼠与人类多个造血器官/组织的多模态组学数据，可支持跨器官/组织、跨物种分析，以助力深入解析发育造血过程与造血系统演化规律。此外，通过与体内组学数据进行比对，其跨模型分析可为体外造血系统的工程化构建提供潜在研究线索。
