These volumes record similar details as given in the series Registers of patients and admission books The information given in these registers is similar to that given in the Admission registers (4/8212-8221C), with the exception of the last four columns which note: due date for examination by tribunal, date and new register number, if reclassified as a continued treatment patient, and remarks. The greater part of the first volume (4/8221C) gives details of ordinary admissions(4/8221C part, 4/8221D). 2 vols (part).
