料流开关出厂合格率检测数据

本数据主要用于料流开关不同生产批次的产品合格率情况，通过检测数据，可以判断是否符合行业标准，分析内因不断提升产品质量和完善生产工艺水平。数据采集：采集样品名称、型号规格、生产日期、批次总数、不符合数、检测项目、检测结果等信息；
数据处理：筛选出不合格的结果，根据机械行业标准JB/T 10959-2010的出厂检验方法进行检测，不合格率=（不符合数/批次总数）*100%，优等品比例=优等品数/批次总数*100%
数据应用:为企业进一步提升产品质量提供数据支撑。

This dataset is primarily utilized to analyze the qualified product rates of flow switches across different production batches. By leveraging the collected detection data, enterprises can determine whether products comply with industry standards, analyze internal influencing factors to continuously improve product quality and optimize production processes.

Data Collection: Collect information including sample name, model and specification, production date, total number of batches, the number of non-conforming items, detection items, and detection results.

Data Processing: Screen out non-conforming results first. The detection is conducted in accordance with the factory inspection method stipulated in the Machinery Industry Standard JB/T 10959-2010. The non-conforming rate is calculated as (the number of non-conforming items / total number of batches) * 100%, and the proportion of superior products is calculated as (the number of superior products / total number of batches) * 100%.

Data Application: This dataset provides data support for enterprises to further improve their product quality.
