Nanotrap Microbiome A Particles and Direct Extractions for Wastewater

This study aimed to compare the detection of viral genomes from Nanotrap Microbiome A Particles and a typical direct extraction to determine the intrinsic bias introduced by the concentration method. The QIAseq xHYB Adventitious Agent Panel was used to determine the human pathogens present in the influent wastewater sample.
