Effects of soil microbes and plants under drought conditions-plant biomass data

In this data set we present the results from biomass weights following 8 weeks of watering treatments (high and low) on native California plants (Phacelia parryi and Stipa pulchra) grown in soil inoculated with drought-tuned or ambient soil microbes. High: plants were watered every other day. Low was used to induce drought and plants were watered only when wilting. Ambient and drought-tuned microbes were collected from a long-term field water-manipulation experiement.
