Characterization of miRNA Expression in Rat Brain

This project aims to investigate the interactions between long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), and messenger RNAs (mRNAs) in the context of stroke. By employing high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analyses, we will uncover the regulatory networks involved in the pathophysiology of stroke. This research will provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying stroke and may contribute to the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
