This data set contains speeches delivered by Members of the Polish Sejm between 1991 and 2019 (Sejm 1-Sejm 8). The data was scraped from the official website of the Polish Sejm by Michael Jankowski and Kamil Marcinkiewicz. Only speeches of individuals who spoke as legislators are included. Members of cabinet (ministers) who were at the same time MPs, but held speeches in their capacity as ministers are not included. The data set consist of two files, the first includes speeches from the period 1991-2015 (Sejm 1-Sejm 7), the second includes speeches from 2015 to 2019 (Sejm 8).
