Our study aims to comprehensively understand the epigenetic effects induced by different gravitational loads in the space environment on mammals. To achieve this aim, we analyze the male mice housed under environments as microgravity, artificial 1g, and 1/6g in the Japanese Experiment Module (JEM) of the International Space Station (ISS) in orbit. After recovering these mice on the ground, transcriptome analysis by next-generation sequencing technology is performed on each organ to examine the alteration of gene expression in the space.
