资源简介:
Neutrophils are the most abundant type of white blood cell in human circulation and play a critical role in innate immune responses. In recent years, research utilizing single-cell sequencing technology has uncovered neutrophil subpopulations within tumor environments that are not observed in the peripheral blood under normal conditions. However, it remains unclear whether similar neutrophil subpopulations, or entirely new types of neutrophils, exist in other disease conditions. Therefore, we used single-cell sequencing technology to analyze neutrophils from eight different tissues, including peripheral blood, spleen, disease-related sites, and bone marrow, across nine disease models such as wild-type mice, tumor models, lung infection, EAE model, and obesity model.
