Grants from the National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy (CNSA)

This dataset reference the grants paid by the National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy (CNSA) to associations, public institutions and bodies governed by private law, in accordance with the Prime Minister’s Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017 and the Decree of 17 November 2017. It contains the subsidy data for the CNSA as a whole: — The grants awarded within the framework of Section IV of the CNSA budget, relating to the modernisation and professionalisation of the help and support sector at home, the training of professionals, in particular family welcome persons, support for volunteers and the support of caregivers. — Grants awarded under Section V of the CNSA budget as part of its partnerships and support for innovative actions. — Grants awarded to Departmental Councils and/or Departmental Houses of Persons with Disabilities in the framework of the harmonisation of their Information Systems. — Grants awarded to various organisations (ASIP Santé, ANCREAI, ODAS, etc.) within the framework of a partnership with the CNSA. — Grants awarded to various institutions and home help services to accompany the experimentation of derogations from legal working hours in the context of the implementation of the caregiving services of the home care provider.本数据集依据2017年5月5日第2017-779号总理令及2017年11月17日政令之规定，收录国家团结自主基金（CNSA, National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy）向协会、公共机构及私法管辖法人拨付的资助款项。 本数据集涵盖该基金整体的资助数据，具体包括： —— 基于该基金预算第四编拨付的资助款项，用于居家援助与支持服务领域的现代化与专业化建设、专业人员培训（含家庭接待人员专项培训）、志愿者扶持以及照护者支持工作。 —— 从该基金预算第五编项下拨付的资助款项，用于开展合作项目及支持创新行动。 —— 向省议会及/或省残疾人之家拨付的资助款项，用于其信息系统的标准化整合工作。 —— 向各类合作机构（ASIP Santé、ANCREAI、ODAS等）拨付的资助款项。 —— 向各类机构及居家援助服务机构拨付的资助款项，用于配合开展居家照护服务提供商实施其照护服务过程中的法定工时豁免试点工作。
