The goal of this study is to define molecular signature of platinum persister OC cells characterized by FZD7, and investigate the functional role of FZD7 relative to stemness and chemo-responsiveness. 1) Define transcriptional signatures of SKOV3/OVCAR5 cisplatin resistant ovarian cells versus wild types (in biological triplicates); 2) Examine transcriptome of ovarian cancer stem cells (OCSCs) (OVCAR5_ALDH(+)CD133(+) DP) and non-OCSCs (OVCAR5_ALDH(-)CD133(-) DN) (in biological duplicates); 3) Define transcriptional signatures of platinum persister OVCAR5_FZD7(+) OC cells versus OVCAR5_F ZD7(-) cells (in biological duplicates)
