Calls of anuran species are generally species-specific, and understanding the call characteristic is the basis of using bioacoustics to investigate species diversity and monitor species. In this study, we summarized the call data of 43 anuran species recorded by high-fidelity recorder in the field during 2012-2020, and provided a call characteristic dataset composed of oscillogram and spectrogram of 61 calls after noise reduction processing of audio files. In addition, the data description file contained a species list and sample information. The dataset comprised a variety of temporal and spectral characteristic of calls, such as monosyllabic/polysyllabic, note number, call duration, inter-note interval, call duration, dominant frequency, fundamental frequency, and harmonics, etc., providing support for the acoustic research, species diversity survey and call monitoring of anuran species in China.

蟾蜍类物种的鸣叫声通常具有物种特异性,对鸣叫特征的解析是利用生物声学方法研究物种多样性和监测物种的基础。在本研究中,我们汇总了2012至2020年间,使用高保真录音设备在野外记录的43种蟾蜍类物种的鸣叫声数据,并提供了经过音频文件噪声消除处理后的61个鸣叫声的时域和频域特征数据集,包括示波图和频谱图。此外,数据描述文件中包含了物种列表和样本信息。该数据集涵盖了各种鸣叫声的时间域和频域特征,例如单音节/多音节、音符数量、鸣叫时长、音符间间隔、鸣叫时长、主频率、基频和谐波等,为中国蟾蜍类物种的声学研究、物种多样性调查和鸣叫声监测提供了有力支持。
