资源简介:
It was shown that the AIM2 expression was decreased in human HCC tissues compared with the adjacent normal tissues, and the OS rate of HCC patients with higher AIM2 expression was significantly higher compared with the ones with lower AIM2 expression, indicating that the expression level of AIM2 was significantly correlated with clinical stage. Besides, the expression of AIM2 was significantly associated with the AFP expression, but not associated with PD-L1, Ki67, or CD34 expression in HCC. Pathology classification in HCC tissues could be used as an independent prognostic predictor for the patients. Overexpression of AIM2 could significantly inhibit cancer cell migration and promote their apoptosis. Furthermore, notch signaling pathway may be involved in the regulation of AIM2 in the cellular network of HCC cells.
