可视化：提供可视化管理的页面，降低用户使用门槛，方便用户进行模板创建、消息查询、消息批量发送等
消息监控：监控消息发送失败队列，可以支持自动重发和手动重发，并可以支持设置消息预警，为业务提供可靠稳定的消息发送服务保障
